EthereumPoW emerged as a proof-of-work continuation after Ethereum's transition to proof of stake, and hardware supporting it in this catalog, such as the Bombax EZ100-C, uses the same Ethash-family algorithm as Ethereum Classic mining equipment.

Because the same hardware typically supports both ETHW and ETC, the practical decision is which coin to point your miner at based on current price and difficulty rather than choosing different hardware for each. Switching between the two is usually a configuration change rather than a hardware swap.

EthereumPoW has a smaller market and shorter track record than Ethereum Classic, so treat it as a more speculative option and monitor pool support and liquidity before committing significant hash power to it.
