Delivery & Return

Air freight is typical for orders up to a few dozen units and generally delivers in 5-12 business days after dispatch. Sea freight is used for container-scale bulk orders and typically takes 25-45 days depending on destination port and customs processing.

We ship under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), where duties and clearance fees are included and handled by Zyrix, or DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), where the buyer arranges and pays local clearance. The applicable term is agreed and stated on the invoice before shipment. See customs clearance for more detail.

Inspect shipments on arrival and photograph any visible damage before signing for delivery where possible. Report shipping damage to sales@zyrixminer.com within 48 hours of receipt so we can open a claim with the carrier.

Unopened, unpowered units may be returned within a limited window (typically 7 days of delivery) for a refund or exchange, minus outbound shipping. Once a unit has been powered on, it falls under warranty and after-sale service rather than a standard return, since powered mining hardware cannot be resold as new.
