Fraud Prevention
The mining hardware industry is a frequent target for impersonation scams. This page explains exactly how to confirm you're dealing with the real Zyrix, and what to do if something looks wrong.
Why this matters
Fraudsters copy company names, logos, and even staff photos to impersonate hardware suppliers, then request payment to accounts unrelated to the real business. Because mining hardware purchases are typically paid via bank wire or crypto and are hard to reverse, verifying the counterparty before paying is essential.
How to verify you're speaking with Zyrix
Genuine Zyrix communication only ever comes from one of the channels below. If a message claiming to be from Zyrix comes from anywhere else, treat it as fraudulent.
- Email must end exactly in @zyrixminer.com — check the full domain, not just the display name
- WhatsApp must be +32 466 233 682 — verify the number matches exactly, digit for digit
- Telegram must be @zyrixminer — verify the handle, not just the display name, since display names can be copied
- If you were contacted first via a different number, handle, or email, verify it independently through our [contact us](/contact-us) page before replying
Payment red flags
Zyrix invoices are issued from official channels and quote payment details consistent with our published payment methods. We never ask buyers to pay into a personal bank account, a personal crypto wallet not previously confirmed on an official invoice, or a third-party 'agent' account.
If you are asked to pay a new or different wallet address or account after already receiving one invoice, stop and re-confirm directly with sales@zyrixminer.com before sending funds.
If you suspect an impersonation
Do not send payment or personal information. Forward the suspicious message to sales@zyrixminer.com, and independently verify by starting a new conversation via our official WhatsApp number rather than replying to the suspicious contact.
