What we collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, WhatsApp or Telegram contact, shipping address, and order details, when you request a quote, place an order, or contact sales@zyrixminer.com. We also collect basic technical data (such as browser type and pages viewed) through standard website analytics.
How we use your data
Data is used to process orders and quotes, provide shipping and customs documentation, deliver after-sale and warranty support, and respond to enquiries. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

- Warranty, RMA, and support communication
- Fraud prevention, including verifying legitimate order requests

Data sharing
We share data only with logistics carriers, customs brokers, and payment processors as needed to fulfil an order, and with hosting or repair partners where you have opted into those services. These parties are only given the data necessary to perform their role.

Data retention and security
