Prices shown on the shop are indicative and confirmed at the point of a formal quote or invoice. An order is only binding once a proforma invoice has been issued and, where required, payment or deposit has been received under the agreed payment methods.

Delivery terms (DDP or DDU) are agreed at order confirmation and set out in delivery & return and customs clearance. Risk in goods passes according to the agreed Incoterm; buyers are responsible for confirming local import legality of mining hardware in their jurisdiction before ordering.

Warranty coverage is as described on after-sale services and varies by product and condition (new/used). To the extent permitted by law, Zyrix's liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the value of the affected order; we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost mining revenue due to downtime, market price movements, or third-party pool or hosting performance.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law. This document is provided for general information and does not constitute legal advice.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our operations or applicable law. The version in effect at the time an order is confirmed applies to that order.
