Before sharing sensitive shipping or payment information, confirm you're actually speaking to a Zyrix team member using the process below.
Three-point verification
Every genuine Zyrix representative can be verified against three fixed reference points that we never change without prior notice to existing customers.
- Email domain: must end in @zyrixminer.com exactly
- WhatsApp number: +32 466 233 682
- Telegram handle: @zyrixminer
How to run the check
If someone reaches out claiming to represent Zyrix through a channel other than the three above, open a fresh, independent conversation via our official WhatsApp number or contact us page and ask them to confirm the order or quote reference. A genuine staff member will be able to confirm order details already on file; an impersonator will not.
What Zyrix staff will never do
Genuine staff will never ask you to move a conversation off our three official channels, request payment into a personal account, or pressure you to pay immediately to 'secure stock' before you've had a chance to verify the order independently.
Reporting impersonation
If you identify an account impersonating Zyrix staff, report it to sales@zyrixminer.com with screenshots so we can act on it. See also our fraud prevention guidance.
