The 80KW dry cooling tower is a closed-circuit heat rejection unit built to carry 80kW of miner heat out of a hydro loop without evaporating water. Hot coolant returns from the cabinets, passes through the finned coil, and is cooled by ambient air moved by 2–4 low-noise axial fans — nothing is sprayed, nothing is lost, and there is no basin to treat.

At this capacity the unit typically serves approximately 22–30 hydro miners at 2.6–3.5kW each, which makes it a small-scale block for single-cabinet and pilot hydro rooms. Units are custom-built, so coil rows, fan count, header sizing and frame layout are set against your design ambient and available footprint rather than forced into a fixed catalogue box.

Because heat rejection is dry, water use is limited to occasional loop make-up, there is no visible plume in winter, and freeze management is handled with a glycol mix instead of basin heaters. Fan speed control keeps sound levels down at part load, which matters on sites with neighbours or noise limits.
