Modular Water-Cooled Cabinet System – Small Site (up to 500kW)

The small-site modular water-cooled cabinet system is a complete liquid cooling package for farms running up to roughly 500kW of hydro miners. It ships as matched modules — hydro cabinets, pump and manifold skid, filtration, expansion tank and a high-efficiency dry cooler — so the whole loop is engineered as one system instead of assembled from mismatched parts on site.

The intelligent control system manages pump speed, valve position and fan output against inlet and outlet coolant temperature, which keeps hashboards inside their thermal window as load and ambient change. Alarms and telemetry are exposed for remote monitoring, so the plant runs unattended between service visits.

Because heat is rejected through dry coolers rather than evaporative towers, water consumption is limited to occasional make-up and there is no plume, no basin treatment and no seasonal freeze management drama.
